Read all about the French River and other things to be thankful for in Chapter 11.

French River Blueberry Cobbler*

4 cups of blueberries (or more)
2 tsp of lemon juice
½ cup sugar
2 T of flour

Mix above ingredients and place in the bottom of a baking dish.

Then mix the following:

1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 T baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 medium eggs or one large

Mix together until it’s like crumbly pie dough and sprinkle over the berries. Drizzle 1/4 of a stick of butter over the topping.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.  Serve with vanilla ice cream.
